Using the service
Bulk Email System is a campaign management service provided by AppnestSolutions. You may use it only if you can form a binding agreement and only for a lawful business or organisation purpose.
You are responsible for your account, the people you authorise to use it, and the accuracy and legality of the messages and recipient data you submit. Keep your credentials private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Email responsibility
You must have a lawful basis and any required consent or other permission to contact each recipient. Every campaign must identify the sender, include a valid postal address, and provide a working unsubscribe option.
You must not use the service to send deceptive, unlawful, harmful, or unsolicited messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be limited by provider policies, reputation controls, account limits, or legal requirements.
Availability and changes
We may suspend or limit access to protect recipients, the service, or other users, including when activity appears abusive or presents a security risk. The backend is the source of truth for access, ownership, quotas, and sending decisions.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
