Make a request
Email [email protected] from the account email address and state whether you want access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion. We may ask for verification before releasing or changing data. Never include a password, MFA code, session token, or reset token.
What deletion means
Deletion requests are handled by the backend and its data-retention process. Deleting an account may remove workspace data while retaining limited security, delivery, legal, or audit records for the period required to protect the service and comply with law. We will explain material exceptions when we respond.
Recipient requests
Recipients can use the unsubscribe link in the message they received. A sender using this service remains responsible for responding to data-subject requests and maintaining a lawful basis for its recipient list.
