You must not
Send spam, phishing, malware, scams, deceptive promotions, unlawful threats, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not use purchased, scraped, harvested, or knowingly inaccurate lists, or try to bypass unsubscribe, suppression, consent, rate, or account controls.
Do not probe, scan, attack, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or another user. Do not upload secrets or personal data that you do not have a lawful reason to process.
Recipient and campaign standards
Use permission-based lists, accurate sender information, clear subject lines, and a visible unsubscribe mechanism. Honour unsubscribe, bounce, and complaint suppression promptly. Keep imports within the displayed limits and review a test message before a large send.
Enforcement
Automated and human review may block a campaign, require verification, limit sending, suspend an account, or preserve evidence for investigation. The frontend shows warnings and limits for usability; server-side validation, rate limiting, ownership checks, suppression, and send caps are the enforcement boundary.
Report abuse
Report suspected abuse or a security issue to [email protected] with enough detail to investigate. Do not include passwords, tokens, or full recipient exports in a report.
